libcublas4 software package provides NVIDIA CUDA BLAS runtime library, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcublas4
libcublas4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcublas4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcublas4 *
You will get with libcublas4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
